After a couple of months of hard work, we get a tour of our brand new weather patio that will be featured in newscasts!
KAKE has teamed up with several partners to transform an old, unused area of station into a beautiful, modern weather patio. With the help and expertise of Johnson’s Legacy Landscapes, Dinger’s Roofing and Construction, Kansas Building Products and Johnson’s Garden Center, we will soon have a beautiful outdoor patio to showcase in our newscasts.
We will be able to use this area to present live weather conditions and various demonstrations. For the duration of the project, every Wednesday at 9 a.m. during Good Morning KAKEland and during KAKE News at 4 p.m., we’ll unveil the latest progress. We’ll also post those updates on this page so everyone can follow along.
